We explore ways to improve seated posture to minimise pain and end with exercises and stretches to maintain this.

This workshop explains the origins of most common lower back and hip pain as caused by spending long periods of time sitting.
We explore muscle imbalances that lead to this pain and learn ways to address them. The workshop ends with some stretches and exercises.
