WHAT CAN MASSAGE HELP ?

Massage is an important part of recovery from acute muscular-skeletal injury wherever the injury happened. Common sport's injuries massage benefits include: Tennis Elbow, Achilles Tendonitis or Runner's Knee. Remedial massage is particularly helpful for giving relief from repeated, imbalanced use of muscles and poor posture.

Massage is increasingly used as an important way of maintaining health with long term conditions such as: Multiple Sclerosis , ME or Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Anyone can benefit from massage, you don't have to be in pain!

Massage promotes relaxation and supports the part of the nervous system that reduces stress and anxiety, thus benefiting mental health.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I COME ?

After discussing the reason for your visit and also your health in general, we decide on the aims of treatment and how to achieve them. Each visit responds to changes in your body and is followed by a personal action plan of stretches and exercises which I email to you.
